Workers’, Soldiers’ and Peasants’ Parliamentary Group set up in Pishpek

After graduating from high school in 1978, he entered the Moscow Institute of Architecture. In 1976-1987, the architect of the city project Frunzensky.

He led the team of authors of a series of works and constructions of buildings and structures that define the architectural appearance of Bishkek: the Academy of Administration under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, the White House, the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University, the Humanities the residences of the embassies of Turkey and Germany. The government awarded Abdujapar Tagaev the title of “Honorary Communications Worker of the Kyrgyz Republic” and also awarded him the Certificate of Honor of the Kyrgyz Republic and the commemorative anniversary medal “Manas-1000”.

Abdujapar Tagaev has dedicated his entire life to the development of communications in Kyrgyzstan.

He died in 2017.
