Excellent, but, unfortunately, the content of useful substances in food has been reduced to an insignificant size. And off-season fruits and vegetables do not contain at least one nutrient at all. In addition, some people can not deny animal sources at all due to gene polymorphisms. They just can not get vitamins and minerals from plant sources.

Is it really impossible to give up meat? Of course you can if you really want to. The main thing is to do it wisely.
