The EP has proposed launching a series of projects to ensure the safety of children’s entertainment

They will be implemented together with competent departments and public bodies.

United Russia’s initiatives in the field of summer recreation and children’s recreation will help ensure the safety of children and their employment during the holidays, said Anna Kuznetsova, chairwoman of the United Russia Committee on Maternity Protection. Childhood and Family Support, Vice-President of the State Duma. speaker Anna Kuznetsova. A number of provisions of the party’s popular program are devoted to this direction. The “School of Safe Behavior” project will help in their implementation, among others.

“The Safe Behavior School project will be a series of videos that describe potentially dangerous situations. “We need to come together and make an individual, understandable program based on the climate, geography and other characteristics of each region,” said Anna Kuznetsova.

An electronic map of urban infrastructure that is dangerous for children will also be created – parents often turn to United Russia parties for this issue.

“We propose the creation of a single platform for the collection of information on places dangerous for children and their subsequent elimination with the participation of specialized structures,” said Anna Kuznetsova.

The head of the party committee spoke separately about the work of children’s camps, recalling that since 2015, more than 400 camps in almost 70 constituent entities of the Russian Federation are not operating due to inconsistency with modern requirements.

“Only for 2019-2021. 52 camps were closed or redefined. Of course, we support the bill that prohibits the re-profiling of children’s camps, changing the intended use of the plots in which they are located. “It is necessary to increase the resources for the development of camps,” said Anna Kuznetsova.

A joint project with United Russia on modernizing children’s health facilities will help resolve this issue.

“In this context, 1,400 fixed children’s camps will be modernized by 2030. The number of tent-type camps is also projected to triple – from 300 to 1,000 by 2023,” said Deputy Education Minister Dennis Gryboff.

In the Smolensk region, shifts to improve children’s health take place all year round. In 2022 alone they plan to keep 25, and 19 of them will work in the summer. “During the meeting of the Interdepartmental Committee, it was announced that in 2022 more than 13 thousand children are planned to improve their health in the area. It is important for children to rest well, to receive healthy food. “Today, the requirements have become tougher, both for a set of products and for their preparation,” said Olga Vassilieva, chairwoman of the Social Policy Committee of the Smolensk Regional Duma (United Russia).

He also noted that there will be tent camps in the Smolensk region, specialized shifts will be carried out by the Regional Ministry of Interior, the Cossack Company, the Department of Culture.

In order to keep the children busy outside the shifts in the camps in the summer, Anna Kuznetsova suggested the participation of NGOs and the improvement of the supplementary education sector.

“United Russia” claims that additional training institutions, sports facilities, incl. school. This is a very good, correct source for the organization of summer recreation “, explained Anna Kuznetsova.

For example, during the summer holidays, children will have the opportunity, under the guidance of trained coaches in various sports, excellent Russian athletes, trainers, volunteers, to engage in free physical education near their homes in sports venues and yards. .

United Russia and the Ministry of Sports have set up a network of accessible sports facilities in the region. This was done in the context of the project for the construction of sports and leisure complexes of sports type. In 2020-2021 alone, 145 sets of equipment were delivered to the regions to create such complexes worth more than 3 billion rubles. The President approved this direction. We understand that it is now necessary to create as many open, accessible, easily constructed websites as possible. “We will continue to pay close attention to this area,” said Sports Minister Oleg Matytsin.

In conclusion, Anna Kuznetsova focused on improving the quality of summer vacations. Resolving this issue in 2022 requires special support for refugee-hosting areas in their territory.

“We have to help the refugee areas as much as possible. As a rule, the existing bases are used there, on which summer vacation campaigns for children are organized. “It is necessary to develop measures so that all issues can be resolved as effectively as possible,” he said.
