Then everything changed and the food industry came into our lives with its commercial interest – attractive and appetizing foods without the corresponding chemical load (this is when they are “flavored” with bacon, or cheese or meat, which do not exist at all). Obesity from individual cases began to acquire a mass character. And the theory of the balance of calories received and used began to crumble at the seams.
