Today, many restaurants in Pskov have pies on the menu, many children’s tourist groups come to town and their pies “come with a bang”. Adults have a healthy lifestyle and children need carbohydrates. “This is good for us and they eat with pleasure.”

Andrei Filatov criticized the pancakes served at the assembly as St. Petersburg breakfast with the usual additions, saying that in the Pushkin edition they should be served with white gooseberry jam.
