  • The main surprise of the season at the O2 Lounge restaurant is the new chef Lucas Julien-Vozelle, who arrived a few months ago from France and took over as director of the hotel’s gastronomic service. Luca grew up in the highly gastronomic area of ​​Bordeaux, graduated from the Paul Bocuse Culinary Institute in Lyon and even studied with Bocuse and Jean-Pierre Vigato in restaurants with two and three Michelin stars. In his 17 years as a chef, he has worked in luxury hotels and gourmet restaurants around the world, from Spain and Tanzania to Haiti and Australia. Now, under his leadership, there is not only the rooftop restaurant of The Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Moscow, but also a lobby bar and a champagne bar on the ground floor. And together with nutritionist Marina Bessonova, Luca developed a wellness menu for hotel guests with careful and balanced combinations of ingredients in the dishes.
